Using the loudspeaker on the base unit in your home, our team will speak with you directly, assess the situation, and arrange help quickly and calmly.
Who Answers the Call?
Your call will always be answered by a real person, based in the UK. Our team is specially trained to handle all kinds of situations - from falls and medical episodes to confusion, panic, or simply needing reassurance.
They’ll know who you are, have access to your medical information, and will already have a list of your emergency contacts - like a family member, friend or neighbour - so they can get the right help to you fast.
And if emergency services are needed, we’ll contact them immediately.
