Your wristband must be registered before use. There is no additional cost, but it will not function until registered.

Register your wristband

You’ll need:

  • Wristband’s 4-digit unique ID number
  • Your contact details
  • Details of your nominated contact person(s)
  • Any extra instructions for Carecall247 to follow

After Registeration

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email
  • Your wristband will be active
  • Provide Carecall247 will store your info securely for use if support is needed

Subscription and Renewal

Your purchase includes 12 months of support from the registration date.

Provide Carecall247 will contact you directly with renewal options when your subscription nears expiry. No action is needed until then.
