Monitoring Only
From £27.00 per/month
With this plan, you’ll receive a modern personal alarm unit which uses a sim card, much like those used in mobile phones. However, the sim in the alarm unit has access to all UK networks, ensuring it receives better signal coverage.
The unit contains a powerful speaker, allowing you to be heard in different rooms. You’ll also receive a personal alarm pendant that can be worn on your wrist or on a cord around your neck, which you can press if you need assistance.
If you require help, we will contact your family and friends, or escalate to the emergency services if needed. However, with this plan, you wouldn’t receive our in-house response service.
Monitoring & Response
From £34.50 per/month
With this plan, you’ll receive the same equipment in the package above – a personal alarm unit and personal alarm pendant, the latter of which can be worn on your wrist or on a cord around your neck.
When the pendant alarm button is pressed, it will trigger an automatic call which is promptly answered by our Carecall247 team. The team will arrange the required assistance, and may call your emergency contacts or the emergency services to ensure you receive the necessary help.
If you experience a fall and are uninjured, our team will attend your home and safely lift you using specialised equipment. In the event we receive no response from you after you press your button, and we are unable to reach your friends and family, we will attend and check you are safe.
