Your invoices and payment details
Your payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe is one of the largest payment companies in the world, and using it is what keeps your card details off our website: when you paid, the card fields belonged to Stripe, not to us, and we never saw or stored your card number.
That is also where your invoices live. Stripe keeps a secure page for you where you can view and download your invoices and update the card you pay with.
Your invoices are ready, but this page cannot open them yet. Please call us on 0300 303 2682 and we will send your invoice over straight away.
Changing your service
To add to your service, change your plan, or update the people we call in an emergency, please call us on 0300 303 2682. We would rather talk it through with you than have you change something that turns out not to suit your plan or your area.
