Your Rights
How can you access your information?
Data Protection legislation allows service users or colleagues to find out what information we hold about them and to request copies of records, etc.
Please submit the information request via our secure Subject Access Request portal in order for you to receive the information requested securely.
You can request the information you need online using the portal. You can also track progress and upload any supporting documents, reducing the need for paper copies.

Time period
Once we have received your application and confirmed your identity we will respond within one month (or within three months where requests are complex). Where we require clarification, the time limit starts when we have all the information needed to locate the information requested.
Charges
Information you request under a Subject Access Request is supplied free of charge. If you make repeated requests, or your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee. If a fee applies, we will advise you at the time of your request.
